My wrestling watching has severely tanked in the last few months and of course from that, I haven’t felt much like reviewing stuff either.
But with New Japan making a return, it’s piqued my interest a little more and made me want to do some reviews again. So I thought I’d cover at least some, if not all, of the New Japan Cup.
So here’s day one and two, and as usual, I’ll just be focusing on the tournament matches and skipping the random tags. Let’s go!

All Caged Up: A ton of WWE Network cage matches reviewed part 3 (2000 – 2005)

So as you can tell, there’s no been much activity going on here the past few months, this is a combination of having less time, but also I’ve just not been feeling up to reviewing much or even watching that much wrestling for that matter. But I thought that I’d at least still finish compiling the cage match reviews stocked up, as well as some other things.

So here’s my round-up of cage match reviews covering the first half of the 2000s. Here we see the year 2000 alone have 17 cage matches, as WCW and WWE continue to use it in a very throwaway way. Thankfully though, as the Attitude Era comes to its end, the match type starts being used a bit more meaningfully, although still with exceptions of course.
